VINIFICATION: After carefully and rigorously monitoring the ripening, we obtain the must, that after debourbage we pass to the fermentation in French and American oak barrels. It remains for 6 months with its lees to increase its volume and silkiness in taste.
AROMA: Complex and intense, with notes of tree fruits (pear, peach) and tropical (like banana) appearing always well ensembled with oak.
COLOUR: Straw-green Yellow, clean and bright.
TASTE: Initially, smooth, with volume and marked silkiness giving it its personality. Good final acidity provoking persistence.
