VINIFICATION: Rigorous and strict monitoring of this variety's ripening, to decide the optimal moment for harvest. After the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, after smooth racking it passes to its ageing in American oak barrels for 10 months.
AROMA: Complexity and personality of the grape from which it proceeds. Black mature fruit with touches of compote and floral sensations.
COLOUR: Well covered maroon red, with more open meniscus.
TASTE: Fine, with good acidity. Firm structure and tannins, and good journey.
