ELABORATION:
Fermentation: carbonic maceration using the whole grape.
TASTING NOTES:
Cherrry red color, medium layer with cardinal red nuances. Clean and shiny.
Fruity and floral on the nose.
Kind in-mouth experience. Aromas of mature red fruit, Dairy and flower flavours. Expressive tannin quite persistent finish and a slight bitterness, tupical of carbonic maceration wines.
