VINIFICATION: Grapes harvested manually in boxes of 15kgs to mantain whole bunches before beimg incubated in the fermentation tanks, marinating in the cold for 4 days. Fermentation at a low tempreature to mantain the highest quality of floral and fruity aromas, slowly pressed in malolactic fermentation, before being filtered and bottled.
AROMA: Intense fruity expression, with blackberry and raspberry notes overlapping a backdrop of strawberry gummy, with hints of licorice.
COLOUR: Medium-high levels of live cherry with violet reflections.
TASTE: Fresh, succulent. A display of carbon with gives it vibrancy. Easy to sip.
