Winemaking Process:
Manual harvest in small boxes. Spontaneous fermentation in open 1000kg vats, without pump overs and with traditional stirring. Malolactic fermentation and batonage of lees in French oak barrels.
CRIANZA:
10 months in French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes:
Very deep, intense purple color. Lots of finesse, freshness and complexity of aromas, black berries, violets, spices and elegant mineral nuances that reflect the soil of the vineyard and the plot La Lonja.
Elegant run in mouth, silky and well-rounded with a long and persistent finish.
