Elaboration:
The fruit is collected in 15-kilo boxes by specialized personnel from a selection of old vineyards. Cold maceration for several days. After alcoholic fermentation the wine passes into barrels where the malolactic fermentation finishes. It is racked and will remain in French and American oak barrels during 20 months. Then at least 24 months in bottle to finish its refinement.
Tasting Notes:
Cherry red color, clean and shiny. Good intensity and complexity in nose. Mature red fruit, wood and toasted aromas. Good entrance and in-mouth experience. Pleasant and well balanced. Enveloping with an excellent tannic structure and fruity sensations. A very pleasant, persistent finish Great wine, elaborated with special care. The aromas found on the nose are again present in the retro-olfactory sensations. It's a definitely pleasant and enjoyable wine.
