VINIFICATION: The fruit is hand collected and transported to the cellar in 15 kg boxes. Then it passes through the selection table to only select the best fruits. After the alcoholic fermentation and before the malolactic fermentation it receives a controlled addition of oxygen. This fermentation is done in American oak barrels, where it continues to age.
AROMA: Fruity nose, delicate and intense typical of the Graciano, with predomination of red fruits with isolated mineral notes.
COLOUR: Intense cherry red, high cape with cardinal purple shades.
TASTE: Complete, velvety and with body. Rotund and silky tannin, acidity marked by the variety, with fresh persistent final.
