VINIFICATION: Grapes from more than 40-year old vineyards, 4 days in tanks with cold maceration and later start of fermentation with selected yeast to highlight the fruity aromas with cold maceration. Malolactic fermentation in barrels, where it remains for 10 months. American Oak.
AROMA: Varietal nose, typical of the garnacha, and complex at the same time, with good balance between red mature fruits and creamy oak.
COLOUR: Cherry ruby red more covered at the rim.
TASTE: Velvet feel in the mouth, with soft tannin, well structured and final ensemble.
